Orcs and goblins are one of the most iconic Warhammer Fantasy factions and, since significant swathes of the Warhammer setting are absolutely swarming with them, they’ll no doubt turn up in the forthcoming The Old World game sooner or later too. Their history is stuffed with iconic characters like Grimgor Ironhide and Grom the Paunch, but the greenskins are so numerous that you can easily tell the stories of your own unique characters on the tabletop.
For this orcs and goblins (and trolls!) character name generator, I delved deep into the Warhammer lore to identify the common factors that define greenskin names, creating name components drawn from the names of existing heroes as well as a few lore-friendly additions of my own. I think the results are brutal and humorous in equal measure - just like the classic greenskins we all know and love!
